Meet Samanyu Jain, a driven and ambitious entrepreneur who is making waves in the hospitality industry with his innovative start-up. After returning from abroad at the age of 20, where he pursued his studies, he saw a gap in the market for affordable and high-quality serviced accommodation. With a desire to provide others with the same level of comfort and convenience that he experienced abroad, he decided to take matters into his own hands and create his own start-up.
He was inspired to create Coli Spaces after his girlfriend faced issues with her paying guest accommodation while he was experiencing similar struggles in Canada. Determined to provide a safe, hassle-free, and fully furnished space for all, he discussed the idea with his father who wholeheartedly supported and motivated him to pursue his dream. Soon after, he incorporated Coli Spaces.
Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and armed with a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from his travels, he set out to create a unique and personalized serviced accommodation experience. His start-up is focused on providing guests with a home away from home that offers all the comforts and amenities of a high-end hotel, at a fraction of the cost.
Despite his young age, he has already made a name for himself in the industry, garnering rave reviews from satisfied guests and industry experts alike. On the fateful day of December 13th, 2018, inspiration struck Samanyu Jain like a bolt of lightning. It was during this moment that he conceived the brilliant idea that would pave the way for his ground breaking start-up, Coli Spaces. With a clear vision in mind, he saw the untapped potential in the serviced accommodation market, recognizing the need for affordable yet high-quality living spaces.
On 7th June 2019, Samanyu Jain turned his vision into reality by officially incorporating Coli Spaces, his innovative start-up in the serviced accommodation industry. This marked the beginning of an exciting journey to transform the concept of co-living and provide a superior accommodation experience for individuals in need of a comfortable and hassle-free stay. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellence, Samanyu wasted no time in establishing his company and setting it on a path to success.

As Coli Spaces, our first fully functional facility, acquired on September 1, 2019, represents the realization of our vision to provide exceptional hospitality experiences. With meticulous attention to detail, we crafted a welcoming space that combined stylish design, modern amenities, and personalized services, ensuring that our guests felt right at home when they entered our doors.
Despite the challenges posed by a COVID-hit economy, our company proudly opened its second fully functional facility on June 21, 2021. This achievement stands as a testament to our resilience and determination to continue providing exceptional accommodation experiences.
